Why Am I Having Pain In Upper Stomach After Appendix And Gall Bladder Removal?

I have had gastric bypass surgery, my appendix removed and my gall bladder removed... quite often I get woke up with pains in my upper stomach going across the right side of my body to the center of my back... it s a more sever pain than my gall bladder attack when I had to get it removed

hi, mild residual pain after surgery for GB is common but is generally transient. as you are having severe and persisting pain abdomen, i suspect you could be having an infected stump or a peritoneal leak. i would recommend to visit a general surgeon before anything turns worse. Hope this helped.
