Hello,
Your condition known as poly menorrhoea( less than 21 day cycle) and this causes irregular ovulation, if persist for prolong period lead to infertility. There are several causes of poly menorrhoea like- Hormonal imbalance, Endometriosis, fibroid uterus, Peri menopause, stress and psychological imbalance, STDs. Some investigations should be performed like USG of pelvic area, total blood count, Culture & Sensitivity of vaginal secretion, PAP smear. You should consult a gynaecologist for further management. Take proper rest, do some yoga, meditation and exercise on regular basis.
Thank you for consulting HCM.
