Why Am I Having Stomach Pains?

Unusual Pains
I have been having stomach pains for a couple of days now. Each time, the pain feels different. As of now, my pain feels as if my cycle is about to start, but i have already had one for this month. When i use the restroom, my bowel movement comes out like gel and the color is a light brown. I just want to make sure nothing serious is happening to me. Please any advice is needed.

Hello,
Mild stomach pain should not alarm you to any serious problem especially if you don't have diarrhea. You should check if your stools float in the toilet or if you are having weight loss in which case you should be tested for malabsorption. Mild stomach pain with alteration in bowel movements is common in general population as a part of irritable bowel syndrome. I would recommend more fiber in your case. Methylcellulose and fruit can help at times. Exercise regularly. Hope it helps.
