Why Am I Having Stomachache After Eating Chicken Burger After Being Crazy Strict Diet?

22, female. Ive been on crazy strict diet of fruits, veggies and bran bread and sometimes eggs and a little chicken. I also exercise regularly, cardios and strength training. Today, I ate. Not a lot, just a chicken burger and my stomachs been hurting a lot. Why?
