Why Am I Having Stomachache After Eating Chicken Burger After Being Crazy Strict Diet?
22, female. Ive been on crazy strict diet of fruits, veggies and bran bread and sometimes eggs and a little chicken. I also exercise regularly, cardios and strength training. Today, I ate. Not a lot, just a chicken burger and my stomachs been hurting a lot. Why?
I went through your details. It is possible to have stomach pain by eating spicy and oily food after a significant strict vegetable diet routine. That happens because of acidity. Nothing to worry about that. But you should also be aware of the food poison symptoms. If you feel bloated stomach, purging, continuous pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea etc, please consult a physician.
