Why Am I Losing Blood And Jelly Along With The Bowel Movement?

i was in hospital 4 weeks ago with very bad abdominal pains they said it was ibs and constipation but the pains are like having my gull bladder which i had taken out last year in hospital i ad three lots of lactulouse and then i was sent hom i havent had ne more lactulouse but im having abdominal pains and im losing a fair amount of blood and jelly from my back passage what could it be?

Dear is it fresh blood??? Or mixed with mucous? How old are you?? Have you taking any medications for other problems like diabetes or hypertension. Dear mucous with blood may be due to infection like amoebiasis, giardiasis or shigella, salmonella, ecoli infection. Other possibilities like lactose intolerance, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, celiac disease, pancreatitis etc.. Just get stool examination for to the conclusion. IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) also one of the cause. Rarely rectal and colonic polyps etc.. Use tab. Oflox Ornidazole 200 mg twice a day, tab. Librax 5mg twice a day, avoid spicy fatty food and alcohol. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor immediately..
