Why Am I Losing My Appetite?

Why don't I get hungry enough to eat more than 1 meal a day? My appetite has slowly decreased over time and it seems to be getting worse. I have never had any problems with food or diet and no problems with eating disorders of any kind. I'm definitely an ecto-morph body type and I'm naturally slim (hard gainer), but I don't see how that should affect my appetite. I don't feel sick or weak and I'm not experiencing any bad side effects from eating so little, but this can't be normal. I feel at the rate I'm going I'll be eating once ever other day. Im 31 years old, 5'9'' 135lbs with no history of medical conditions.

Are you under stress/ mental tension of any kind? Do you sleep well at night? Loss of appetite could be due to any of the following reasons:
1. Reduced physical activity
2. Lack of sleep
3. Emotional stress/mental tension due to workplace/personal problems.
Try to think about what could be the possible cause.
