Why Am I Missing My Periods And Gaining Weight?

I am 48 have been under stess lately. My periods have stopped in the last few months and i can't seem to loose weight. If anything I seem to gain it slowly and I always feel full even though I don't eat crazy. I am also constapated. Am I going into menopause?
