Why Am I Missing My Periods Post Miscarriage?

Hi, i had a miscarriage 7 weeks ago, since then i have never had my periods. 3 Days ago i started havind mild cramps and a brown vaginal discharge. I am not on any family planning and i'm sexualy active. I am also experiencing headaches. Could i be pregnant
