Why Am I Not Having My Period?

I am 23 years old. Never had a "normal" period. I haven't had a period for about 80 days (2.5 months) now this past week I have been getting this brown stuff like old blood but only about 1-2 hours each day and then it goes away. During that time it really hurts to pee...any idea?

I really appreciate your concern, from the history given here I could say that there must be hormonal problem the right level of estrogen and progesterone must not be there this is the first possibility and the second possibility would be some systemic cause and these need to be found out for that you need to go for certain investigations like blood work and ultrasonography test, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
