Why Am I Not Losing Weight Despite Following A Diet, Lifting Weights And Daily Cardio Exercises?

I am 5’7 210 lbs. I’ve been on a 1500 calorie diet for two weeks with macros of 40% protein, 40% fat and 20% carbs. I’m trying to build/maintain muscle while losing fat. I’ve been tracking all this on MyFitnessPal. I’ve been lifting weights on my tonal 4 days a week. I added cardio this week with a 20 min ride on the peloton. I’m not losing any weight at all. This is super frustrating and discouraging. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Reasons for not losing weight loss at least 3 months needed. Two weeks is too short period to assess results. Consult diet expert and follow calorie deficit diet. Fitness and weight is being consistent and managing stress level. If one doesn't loss weight need to consult doctor and rule out medical conditions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
