Respected user , Hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Most common cause is dehydration ( body lacking adequate intake of
liquids as per requirement leading to less urine formation ) .
Other causes - underlying inflammatory response to fever or other
- kidney issues

* Need proper physical examination , evaluation with series of reports
for final diagnosis and management , till then
- consume plenty of liquids as you can .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for further doubts .
Regards .
