Why Am I Shivering Yet Sweaty?

Hi, I feel freezing cold, my hands are icy, I am shivering and yet sweaty! I am only sitting at a desk in an office. I also can't concentrate, I'm feeling highly anxious, fidgeting, aching muscles, tired, and iritable. I am 23YO female and overall quite healthy. What do you think?

Hai. At this age hope u r not anorexic, pld check out for ur thyroid levels, srrum calcium, electrolytes. Haemoglobin levels sugar levels. And kee Take good amount of fluids, juices and keep ur self hydrated.pls meet ur physician yo check out your problem
