Why Am I Spotting Despite Taking Cerazette?
I have vaginal spotting, brown in colour, it has been happening for about a week now, it isn t heavy. I had very tender breasts about 2 weeks ago but that is subsiding, I am a little more tired than normal. I do not usually have periods as I take cerezette the mini pill. I have not missed one of my pills nor have I had sickness or diorrhea.

Thanks for writing to us.
The missed period and bleeding is normal with this medicine but if you are not sure you can consult a doctor for your symptoms.
As you say you have not missed your pill but still a chances of pregnancy are there.
So better go for blood test and should rule out pregnancy first.
These are hormonal pills so symptoms may be because of hormonal changes also.
