Why Am I Experiencing Itching On One Breast And Nipple?

Hi. I have been experiencing itching on my breast one the nipple and around it, but only on my right breast. It feels like a rash, but there's no apparent rash, no oozing, and no hardness or scaling
The itching at times can be unbearable, I thought maybe it could be my bra or detergent, so I changed both, and since its just one breast affected, I'm concerned.

Dont worry this rash and ichness may be due to some infection or allergy.start with allegra once a day. Wear cotton bra, dont scratch . apply some herbal cream.if still it doesnt improve then visit your doctor
