Why Am I Experiencing Pain During Urination, Vaginal Discharge And Spotting?

i have a concern. for about a month now i have been experiencing pain during urination, vaginal discharge, pain when i wipe, small amount of blood when i wipe. i am not sure what it could be because i have never even had a yeast infection. i am 36 years old and have had one sexual partner for a year.

Thanks for query on HCM.
Vaginal discharge and pain during urination indicates severe infection.
It might be fungal or mixed infection.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper diagnosis and medical management.
Otherwise go for cbc,urine test,vaginal smear to confirm diagnosis.
Take anti fungal like fluconazole and antibiotic like cefixime,moxifloxacin.
Clotrimazole,tinidazole,neomycin,lactic acid bacillus vaginal tablet will be helpful to get fast recovery.
Take proper local care.
Avoid tight undergarment.
