Why Am I Feeling Nauseated And Bloated?

i have been feeling nausiated and bloated i have been really tired and feel like i have to go pee even right after i just went. i get dizzy sitting down even more than usual. the smell of food makes me feel sick and ive been getting dehydrated alot more than usual. my hands have been swelling up in the heat too. what could this be ?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms can be related for a viral infection.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-take simethicone medication for the bloating
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products
