Why Am I Getting Cramps And Tiredness?
Hi I have been having this problem for 2 month now, I pee alot with constant cramping, very tired. Had a low fever, they found 3 cyst, but say there small now, also had a uti, got meds to them all, I can handle the cramping anymore, no one seems to know what s wrong, please help????

Hi,
I think you are having recurrent urinary tract infection with dysmenorrhea so I would suggest you take fosfomycin sachet for 10 days with antispasmodic tablets drotaverine for 5 days, for your. cysts OCP may be required, also take vitamin supplements containing lysine.
