Why Am I Getting Pain In The Rectum?

I have a strange question: sometimes when sitting or walking I get a pain in my rectum... I have NEVER had anal sex (just to clarify)...I had a rectolcele (sp) in 2004 with a bladder lift & hysterectomy (not sure if that helps)..the pain makes me want to ball up, I have a hard time just breathing...

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Considering your previous history it may be a relaps of rectocele and you should do repeated examination to rule this. Also, some other issues may be present and most common are hemorrhoids, anal poylps, fissures or fistulas. These are perianal disorders which can be treated by proctologist with more or less invasive procedures. At least rectoscopy should be performed by medical professioanl and also occult stool test should be done to see if there is blood in stool.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
