Why Am I Getting Painful Periods ?

For the last 3-4 years, I have been having very painfull periods. I have polycystic ovaries. Inspite of visiting multiple doctors, I havent been able to find a cure for this. The pain is so bad that I am unable to go to work on those days. Any help to find the right doctor for treating this is highly appreciated.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Since you already know that you have polycystic ovaries, I presume you had a recent ultrasound study and I presume that they did not find pelvic endometriosis. Apart from pelvic endometriosis the commonest cause of pain during menstruation is congestion. Best is take pain killers, when the pain is severe.
