Alteration in menstrual pattern after changing the habitat, particularly if you have gone away from your family is a known phenomenon. This is due to either overt or subdued stress. In most of the girls, they regain the regularity while some require treatment for it.
If you take birth control pills cyclically for 3 months, mostly your menstrual cycle will get regularised.
However, I would advise you to get clinically examined once from a Gynaecologist to rule out any organic lesion or hormonal dysfunction in your reproductory system. If you getting daily low grade fever, since you are from India, better get tuberculosis ruled out before you take any treatment. If no such ailment is found, you may start taking birth control pills.
I hope this helps you.
