Why Am I Having More Thirst Than A Normal Level?

I am drinking lot of water than a normal human being. Not sure what it is happening. Also I suffered a day back constipation but then it got cleared automatically I used to wake up in night for drinking water Sometime, my tongue is sour - but not always. Kindly help thanks in advance

Hi...if you are just drinking more water and not passing more urine then its nothing to worry as its just that you are dehydrated and to correct that you are feeling thirsty...if you are peeing more than normal then get your sugars checked as this is early sign of diabetes...
