Why Am I Having Problem In Swallowing And Feel Heavy In Chest?

Female 44, BMI 26, resting heart rate in mid 90 s, 110 light activity. BP 95/60 average. Labs have been good. Have goiter, past labs have been normal,,, waiting on new labs. Had run of SVT two times in past two weeks. Hard time swallowing and feeling of fullness in chest, but no pain. Cut out all caffeine x 7 days. H&H is normal. Electrolytes normal.

to me, it appears to be hyper thyroid state and associated with goitre. I suggest you to get free t3 free t4 and tsh done. Take treatment accordingly . Most probably numercazole or lugol's iodide will be started.
get thyroid under control. then plan for near total thyroidectomy.
