Why Am I Having Tingling In Vagina While Having Urge To Urinate?

I urinate all the time. I have a tickle or tingle i feel inside my vagina and it makes me feel the need to have to urinate. I have no infections of any sort. Have already been tested. It wakes me up several times a night and is coming to the point in wont let me sleep. I cant deal with it much longer. Please help

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urge to pass urine frequently due to what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome .

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Taking anti muscuranic drugs like Solifenacin or Darifenacin will help to reduce the urge to pass urine.
