Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic, thanks for posting your query .
I understand your concern.
Considering your weight and the history that you have never exercised before , its quite natural that you are facing cramp issues post your work-out.
Your body will take time to get adjusted to the new routine and meanwhile you might face problems such as muscle cramps, heaviness of the legs and body, body pain and so on.
This should not dishearten you or discourage from continuing your exercising routine, Make sure you do not over strain on one day and not work out at all the other.
Increase your pace and time of exercising slowly and do for a maximum of just one hour per day . Along with the exercise its good if you take up a balanced diet as well which will help you lose weight effectively.
Avoid all junk/ oily food/ alcohol/ and drink 4-5litres of water per day.

Keep the exercise going and would like to hear back from you about your progress. If the pain gets unbearable consider taking ibuprofen 200mg tablet once a day after food.
Do write back for further assistance,
Wishing you good health,
Good luck with the weight loss.
Regards.
