Why Are Menses Delayed?

i got married.i get my last menstrual on 7th feb but not yet i get my this month menstrution. i also done pregnancy test on 45th day its negative and on 50th day its also negative. is any possibility to get pregnancy then when i have to do the pregnancy test. if it is not whats the problem..
