Why Are My Bowels Painful?

I have a hurt on my left side real low, when I turn to the right, and especially when I bend over and get back up, feels like my insides is falling out!...hard to explain but ongoing for some time now...especially when I feel the need for a bowel movement or gas...

Hi,

It may be related to large bowel spasms. You need to be evaluated with abdominal ultrasound and colonoscopy if you continue with these symptoms.
