Why Area Underneath Vagina And Anus Have Turned White And Itchy?
A few months ago, the clitoral and libia areas and underneath the vagina & anus areas have turned white and i am African American. The area underneath my vagina itches sometimes. I had my annual pap smear and the doctor suggested getting tested for rupus. What do you think?

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a fungal infection.Check your blood sugar level also.People with diabetes usually get this.I usually treat such condition with miconazole ointment for local application and fluconazole tab weekly once for 1 month orally to stop recurrance.Keep the area sweat free and dry from moisture.Hope this may help you.
