Why Child Is Complaining Of On And Off Stomach Pain Along With Vomitings And Diarrhea?

Hi Dr. Narasi, my 4year old daughter has been complaining of her stomach hurting off and on for a couple of months but she was having other problems at the time (such as urinary tract infections from having Labia Adhesions, she has since had surgery for this and does not complain as often with the stomach pain). She recently threw up on Friday, January 17 starting about 4:00 am and it looked like mucus (she has not been sick in the last month). Every two minutes she was literally throwing up and it stopped after 2 hours. Then again this morning at 3:20 the same thing again started, but this time it looked like mucus and bile with diarrhea after about the third time of throwing up. She is not a big eater, so I was wondering at first if it was just nothing in her stomach over night but then this time she has diarrhea as well. Can you please help in understanding if this is just a virus or something more serious I should carry her to a doctor for? Thank you
