Why Child Is Having Green Loose Stools With Granules And Phlegm After Drinking Lactogen Instead Of Breastfeed?
Hello doctor,
My baby is 3 months old,and he is in breastfeed. Since i had nipple crack, i made him drink lactogen once a day ao that i can get some relief from 15 days of his birth.
Now he has lose stool with granules and phlegmmy texture, its yellowish green. And with antibiotic also it did not stop.we have started homeo medicine now. Can you pls let me know why do infants have granules in lose motion?

With this presentation, I think it could be a case of lactose intolerance. Antibiotics are not effective here. I would suggest you try lactose-free milk and see what will come out.
