Why Child Is Having Severe Pain In Left Side Of Stomach Along With High Fever?

my daughter is 3 years old, this morning she had a severe pain on her left side of stomach and then in the afternoon she had fever of 103.1, the pain was gone but the fever is still there around 8:30pm it s started with 101.9, waht it could be? Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for your query.
It looks like infection with a stomach bug such as a virus which is causing gastritis.
For fever, you can give Tylenol or paracetamol in prescribed dose.
If the fever persists or pain recurs consult the doctor for physical examination and to prescribe specific treatment.
