Why Child Is Looking Pale And Weary And Having Burning Stomach And Freezing Hands?

My 2 year old son was happy all morning (we even had a play date) then at lunch time he started looking pale and weary. I have him in bed next to me, he is warm (by touch it feels his temp might be around 101), his tummy is burning up, but his hands are FREEZING. What could this be?

Hi

Possibly he is getting a Virus infection.

Check his temperature and give him paracetamol if needed.

Give him fluids.

If he does not settle down in a few hours take him to the doctor.

Good luck

Dr Uma
