Why Did I Experience Seizure After Taking Lamitor For Emotional Instability Borderline Disorder?

I was diagnosed with Emotional instability borderline disorder by a qualified psychiatrist. He prescribed Lamitor DT starting with a dosage of 25 mg for 2 weeks and gradually increasing it to 100 mg per day. On my second consultation further increasing the dosage gradually upto 200 mg per day, he also prescribed Rexipra starting from 5 mg for one week and gradually increasing upto 20 mg per day. When I was taking Lamitor DT alone I did not find any control over my emotions. Particularly I cant control anger and irritation. But after started taking Rexipra I could feel the difference. It was as if I dont know what anger is, or what negative emotions are. I could deal the situations calmly and solve the problems without getting agitated and surprised everyone around me. But I was having convulsions or sudden involuntary jerking of some part of my body part as if it had hit with a quake or as if I had a miniature seizure. Suddenly my hand or leg or abdomen will be thrown away and fall back. Initially I thought that in all these years of my living with my problem my nerves got tensed and stressed and now due to the effect of medicine they are getting relaxed and these jerks are nothing but relaxing of my nerves. But a bit browsing on internet told me that seizures, insomnia are the side effects of rexipra. Presently I am on 20mg. The institute in which I consulted the said doctor is in another city, nearly 800 kms from the city I live. I need to wait to get the appointment and visit there taking care of other things of day to day life. So, I am unable to visit him immediately. Hence I need advice - should I continue the meds till I meet my doctor next time which is as per schedule comes in the second week of February or should I stop the meds immediately and seek to see the doctor ASAP? or Is it not as much harmful as we are scared by the infos on internet and can continue the meds without any apprehension about the convulsions or jerks or miniature seizures or whatever it is?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is not the pathological seizure, but it is purely hysteria, and not the convulsion, you have to control your self otherwise your psychiatric condition will be worsen in due course, it may turn into the schizophrenia, if not control your emotional disturbances, instead of taking medicine it is much better to counsel with your own, hope you can understand this have nice day.
