Why Did I Feel The World Spinning Around And Lost My Balance?

Was playing with my husband and son this morning and while we were wrestling on my bed I felt as if the world was spinning and it took me a good minute to regain my balance. I also had gone to Trans-Siberian Orchestra last weekend and had to leave after a couple hours because I felt as though I was going to black out. These 2 instances are the first I have experienced the feeling of blacking out. What could it be?

The symptoms u listed suggest some disorder of your vestibulocochlear system, which is quite evident.Problem is it could be anything from benign to malignant.U need to visit a ENT specialist so that he can examine u clinically and do a series of tests to rule out few diseases. As a neurosurgeon a simple brain MRI woudn hurt and would rule out bigger causes.Again start from smaller things and then go big.Hope i have answered your question.
