Why Did I Have Lighter Cycle Which Was Then Followed By A Heavier Cycle Menstrual Cycle?

I had my tubes tied 18 years ago. Last month I had a regular cycle then two weeks later I had some spotting. Two weeks after that My cycle started and it was rather light. Now 7 days laters my cycle has started again and is rather heavy. What could this mean?

If you have a history of regular cycles and this is the first time you are experiencing such irregularities, then the best option would be to get tested. A hormonal.imbalance, infections, abnormalities of the inner lining of the uterus, abnormalities of the uterus, are all some of the most common causes.
