Why Did My Daughter Fainted After Banging Her Head?

my daughter fall down slightly head was banged eys was going up and she was fainted imidiately i springlrd water she got up ,i took her to docter he gave injection he told injection was stimulate the body . why she fainted now she is fine further check up is necessary.

It is good that you got her checked out after the fall. The first 24 hours after the fall are the most important. If she remains fine after 24 hours, there is nothing to be concerned about.
