Why Do I Cough When I Lean Back And During Singing Or Speaking?

Why do I cough when I lean back, sit in the drivers seat of a car and first thing in the morning upon awakening. I also cough when I sing or speak. This has been going on for 7 years.....8 doctors cannot diagnose me.
Ct scan normal, PFT normal, I do have a post nasal drip, but sprays do not relieve the tickle in the trachea area.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
I would come up with these possibilities and measures for these symptoms, these includes.
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis is the main cause of your symptoms .Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician . In this disease usually there develops , whistling sound during breathing, running nose , rales , watery eyes ,post nasal discharge ( as in your case).
Dust ,mite, fumes , fine dusting powder, hay , cotton fibers , smoking all are predisposing factors, if possible avoid .
2 Bronchiectasis , usually large amount of expectoration present and it seems as something stuck in throat( post nasal discharge).
In my opinion consult one more pulmonologist and get his opinion regarding asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
Good luck.
