Why Do I Feel Burning Sensation Around My Thighs?

I have experienced a burning sensation around my thighs, in addition to feeling hot inside my body for over 12 years. The burning sensation is more pronounced when i am sitting down for any length of time; less so when i am walking etc. The hot feeling internally is irregular - i.e. some days feel fine, then other days it is very uncomfortable. Some nights even covering with a bed sheet is impractical as my legs feel so hot. I had an HIV test in January 2014 and was diagnosed negative. Other blood tests inconclusive. Based in the UK, Male, 47.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be lumber spine pathology and this need to be found out and in my opinion the way is the MRI test, mean while try to maintain the good posture and if pain is there then this can be treated with NSAID, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
