Hello
It seems from the history that you have undergone corneal transplant surgery and you are having discomfort with redness.
This may indicate suture related problem or corneal epithelial defect.
The treatment is by removal of the offending suture or by use of antibiotic eye drops and artificial tear eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
