Why Do I Feel Fluid In My Throat And Shoulder?

Can a csf leak drain into your throat? I have all the classic symptoms but bad drainage on and off into my throat. Especially when I am upright. The only time I feel okay is when I am laying down. Feel like there is fluid in my neck and shoulders also. Still neck and bad pressure headaches.

Its probably posterior nasal discharge which is caused mostly due to sinonasal pathology and allergic sinusitis. If csf leakage presents it manifests as csf rhinorhhea but a proper history of trauma or sinonasal surgery and imaging investigation will be needed to exclude it.
