Why Do I Feel Lack Of Appetite?

I'm starving but I can't seem to eat any thing I'm not dieting and I love food its been about a week and its starting to get unbareable the smell turns my tummy and actually putting food in my mouth makes me gag I'm starting to get extremely weak and I just want to eat

Hi your symptoms suggest gastritis. Take some antacids like ranitidine and you will be fine in a couple of days. Hope this helps.
