Why Do I Feel Like Something Moving In My Lower Abdomen?

Hi, I am 40 years old man. I feel something is moving in my lower abdominal for almost 2 weeks and this bother me, i saw my family dr and he said it could be related to my IBS. however, the medicine that he gave me didnt work out after few days yet. What this could be?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
This seems to to gas moving around.
Drink lot of fluids.
Your diet should be full of fibers, like green vegetables and fruits.
Avoid aerated drinks, tea coffee, spicy food and alcohol.
Take mild laxative if constipated.
You can take Tablet Pantoprazole with domperidone.
