Why Do I Feel Like Something Pushing My Bowel?
im am a female of 15, and i have been sufforing with pain in my lower abdomen. i have a constant urge to open my bowls, but when im on the toilet i carnt "get anything out". i have also been having blood out of my vagina, i have been having this for nearly two weeks. i constantly feel like there is something pushing on my bowel. please help me, i dont know what to do

The possible condition behind this seems to be pelvic inflammatory issue as there is vaginal bleed of 15 days duration with pelvic pressure.
An immediate evaluation with an ultrasound of pelvis is best way to figure out further line of action.
