Why Do I Feel Pain In Muscles And Joints After Exercising?

Hi, do I have infection in the body ,because after exercise I fill pain in my muscles and joins ? I never had this problem before.Very often the pain is in my joins and muscles after 2 days and is different to the pain I had after exercise in the past .

It is normal to have muscle pain after significant exercise for 2 days. You can lessen these pains by an appropriate warm up and cool down regimen and also stretching at the end of your program of exercise. Its important not to rest immediately after exercise but to continue to do some light activity.
