Why Do I Feel Sudden Pain Just Below My Tailbone That Lasts For Few Minutes?

I am having sudden sharpt pain below tailbone and above anal at night which lasts about 5 mins, once it was so severe that I was passed out for couple minutes, it just comes all of sudden at night and wakes me up from deep sleep and once pain is gone, I am back to normal. What is this?

this type of pain/ condition is known as coccygodynia. second possibilty is infection around anus.so,needs a clnical examination.
meanwhile take sitz's bath and ibuprofen.
