Why Do I Feel Thirsty, Have Blurred Vision And Palpitation After Taking Prednisone?

I took predisone for the first time today 60mg, I got put on it for migraines, since I took it my heart is beating very rapidly, extremely thirsty, drank two gallons of water so far and I m still thirsty and my vision seems to be a bit blurry, can I stop taking right away since I only took it once.

Prednisolone causes DM in long run, but it cant cause DM if only single dose is taken. You show symptomps of DM. You should do fasting and PPBS. Consult an endocrinologist.
