Why Do I Feel Tingly In Arm While Writing?

Hi, sometimes when I am sitting down, especially if I am writing notes or something like that, my arm will start to feel really weird, kind of tingly, and then the veins in my arm will start to stand out. What does this mean? I do not have any health problems that I know of

There can be two most probable cause of these types of symptoms.
1. it can be cervical spondylitis with nerve compression.
2. There can be low vitamin B 12 in body.
Please get your neck x ray and serum B 12 estimation. Also keep a watch on your posture that there should not be any abnormality. Start tablet Pregabalin and methylcobal daily. I hope this treatment will help you.
