Why Do I Frequently Bleed After Urination ?

I bleed 12 days out of 30 at the end of my morning urination approximately 6 to ten drops of blood. irregular and only at the end of urination.. prostate is fine. Is it a burst blood vessel? age 51, HIV cocktail stable 16 yrs, 83kilos,183 cm

Hi,
It seems that blood comes from lower urinary tract,either there is infection or some swelling in penile urethra.
Go for routine urine check up.
Go for ultra sound.
