Hi there,

I am happy to know that you are conducting a very active and healthy lifestyle regimen.

You are concerned because your bp stays constantly at 150/100. At this point, I'd ask "when do you measure your bp":
- is it immediately after walking or doing physical activity?
- is it after eating?
- or once you wake up?

Usually, I advise to :
- sit down for at least 15 minutes prior to measure your bp
- stay calm, try to relax. I think you are getting such elevated bp because you are stressed out when the measurement takes placed. As you are concerned about the result, this will increase your heart beats and bp too.
- increased levels of cholesterol and blood sugar can also lead to high bp and getting tired very quickly

You can discuss this with your doctor to determine the real cause.
