Hi,
The urge to urinate frequently or incomplete emptying of the bladder is usually a common sign of a urinary tract infection . This deserves first a urine collection, culture and doing antibody sensitivity tests.
Metabolic diseases like diabetes could also lead to frequent urinating, and in advanced stages, in difficulties in holding urine. Doing a fasting blood sugar to exclude diabetes is worthwhile. Other causes, of this could be a neurogenic bladder from other causes like trauma, spinal diseases.
I suggest you visit your family physician for a urine culture and sensitivity tests to be done, and an added fasting blood sugar to exclude diabetes.
Thanks and hope this helps,
Best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
