Why Do I Have A Lump In The Sack Above The Right Testicle?

I had an hernia operation 2weeks ago and healing very good no pain at all with the keyhole surgery but iv got a lump in the sack above the right testicle. Prior to the operation in the same place my vein or chord felt quite thick anyway but now its developed a lump which is tender its the only uncomfort im getting

IN key-whole surgery surgery the sac of hernia may not be removed and remains there to show this lump. Simple aspiration may confirm and relieve the lump.
Does not look to be anything to worry about.
